Background: Trunk control is necessary to maintain the body position, ensure stabilization in change of perform activities daily living and for activity. At same time, it allows maintaining an upright posture, regulating weight transfer, controlled movement against gravity, controlling changing position balance function. Material methods: The research conducted using a single-group pre-test post-test experimental design. population study consisted 20 people aged 4-12, diagnosed palsy, who received training treatment at private educational institution between November 2021 October 2022, met criteria inclusion study. “Trunk Impairment Scale” “Pediatric Berg Balance were used collect data. evaluation data; numbers, percentages, standard deviation, mean, minimum maximum values, Independent Samples t-test Wilcoxon test used. Results: It determined that difference pre-test-post-test pediatric scale static sitting balance, dynamic coordination sub-dimensions mean scores trunk impact individuals statistically significant (p<0.05).
